Description
Hot MultiTaqTM DNA Polymerase is a chemically modified MultiTaqTM DNA Polymerase. It is inactive at ambient temperatures and is activated by an incubation period of 15-minutes at 95-97°C. This inactivity prior to incubation prevents extension of nonspecifically annealed primers formed at low temperatures.
